You may opt out simply by using your mobile device (that has the phone number in our records) and just type any of the following words "STOP," "CANCEL "QUIT," or "END" . Or, you may opt out by going to our website, Logging in, and then going to Profile, (step 2) and deactivate your phone. That’s it. No more messages unless you decide to get them again. We have stated that the most unsolicited text messages that you will receive per week is a maximum of 3 upon your activation of the text message service. It is a requirement that we post the maximum number of unsolicited messages. It is our strict policy to only send you the type of promotional or special messages that you have opted in for.
  • We will send you emails for account maintenance, new features, and news and events as our primary means of communication with you. Please insure that your spam settings will allow these messages to go through. We will give you the option of special offers and promotional items in your accounts settings. Just go to Profile, My Account Settings and manage all of your email preferences as you see fit. We have also placed an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional email for your convenience.
